Crossover fictions for my son...

May 18, 2012 18:39

Well, I'm a very lucky Mum. My son, sixteen, is as into due South as I am. But being a teenage boy he's also into super heroes... which has led to him nagging me for crossovers. So, since I had a case of writers block on the main fics I've been working on. I thought, what the hey? A change is as good as a break. And I started off with an Xmen crossover, which my son supplied most of the funny lines for, and then, bouyed up with success, found myself writing a due South Smallville crossover... which surprised me, because it seems to be demanding quite a few chapters to be told. Well, I promise at least one chapter a week till it's finished.

So... if anyone is interested... here are the links.

The first is a funny. The Uncouth Canadian. (Well, how else could you describe Wolverine?)

The second seems like it's going in a different, more dramatic direction. Clark Kent discovers that there's somebody like him way up past the Arctic circle... a certain Mountie. But when they meet up, things don't go according to plan.
