finally, things to do.
i had a busy day yesterday and it seems like im about to have another few busy days in the fuure. my crippling depression is not a problem when im too busy to think about my life and my future.
im working on a film this summer. it's my job to find locations, sets and props. just the kind of crap i like to do. should be fun. last night we had a script read through. the story is about a man who built a ocean worthy ship just north of moose jaw. it actually happened. he wanted to go home to finland so he built a ship and had planned to put it on the saskatchewan ride to hudson bay and make his way home. no one in town would help him move his ship to the river so he hooked it up to to a horse and tried pulling it inch by inch. he failed, of course.
so we're making a movie about it. im looking forward to it.
im sitting in my sunspot on the couch. i watched the first half of the veiw. cursed the t.v. and now im off to do some homework and read a book.
jen came home and we had breakfast at the sask hotel, it was pretty nice. i like pretending i can afford to eat there every now and again.
i suppose things are looking up. it's supposed to warm up soon. i want the snow to melt. my bike to fix itself and i want to ride around until my legs are numb.
