(no subject)
Soooooo I hate nature even more. But I love friends.
Yesterday I saw my Kristin and Santina and we went to Barns and Noble where Santina bought a fun French book and I bought AFI's Top 100 Movie Songs. And then we had chips and ice cream and talked.
When we drove back on Portraro I nearly ran into a hawk with a rat in its claws and then it dropped it in front of me. Freaked me out. Ew I hate things like that.
Sister's birthday. Went to dinner. Came home. Had cake. Presents.
We finally went to the beach though. With Santina and Laura. I'm pretty sure none of our parents knew where we were going. Called Kris too but she was sleeping.
So we drove to the first beach off the PCH. But what I hadn't thought about was how dark it would be. For some reason I thought there would be light on the beach. At 11pm. Yeah, it was a little scary. We kept Santina's headlights on so we could see something and it was good because otherwise we never would have found the car again. We took a bunch of "I'm terrified/going crazy" pictures. We found the lifeguard tower (which was moved...?) and a scary wood hut thing. And then we decided to leave because it was a little freaky. And when we left we found a couple having sex in a car.
Then we went to Dennys. Because nothing in NP is open except for Dennys. Which was amusing. Mozerella sticks and fruity drinks are fun after midnight.
And then we tried to find a park with lights. Peppertree parking was closed so we tried the DV park. But there aren't any lights there. So we went back to Peppertree, parked on the street, and walked to the baseball fields. And then played guitar and took pictures until 2am. It was quite amazing.
