Old friends
I got a hot lunch date tomorrow with a friend who's in law school at Davis. I've known her since 6th grade, and I'm so excited she's in town visiting.
It will be great to catch up and just see her!
Other than that, nothing.
No job, debating on looking around Barstow, I really need some fundage in my life, but I really want to move.
I found out boss lady up north did her cuts of the resumes, and I made her cut, but there's been a hold on the hiring process again, not sure why this time.
I told my old boss to burn a cd of James Brown's get up off that thang and give it to boss lady and tell her it's a nudge from me.
We'll see how life's supposed to work out. I hope it works out great, and I'm sure it will, I'm just hoping it works out sooner than later. April's right around the corner, and I'm still chillin in Barstow...9 months of chillin. lame.
I'm off to lounge, watch some tv, warm up. It's cold here today, it was warm all week, but today is really windy and cold.
