On Friday afternoon I got a call from someone to let me know he was cancelling our meet up to hand over UKRA documentation which meant that I had Saturday free instead of driving up to Watford Gap to pick stuff up (will happen next weekend instead), so I called
hatter to see if he was up to having a BBQ on Saturday since this would require us to clear up mre of our holiday stuff scattered across the living room. H e was up for it so I had great plans for cleaning on Friday when I got home from work.
Unfortunately the great plans didn't happen, instead I got home and fell asleep, however this did mean I was reasonable awake on Saturday morning to go shopping for BBQ food, make homemade burgers and various skewers of things (with the help of
muppster, clear the big pile of ivy and rose cuttings from the patio and clear a few bits up in the house.
The BBQ was nice ,

muppster and myself and we passed aplesant evening chatting and eating.
On Sunday i replaced the big pile of ivy that had been on the patio with a new pile from the bushes at the side of our house, they were blocking most of the pavement so they really needed dealt with. I also caught up on some TV.
I think i forgot to mention that I persuaded
hatter to get us a V+ box, our previous PVR didn't quite work how I wanted and
hatter never quite got round to getting it to work (combination of the wrong cable settop box and him being lazybusy with wow) Anyway the V+ box is great and (touch wood) hasn't had any of the fault some other folks have with them. So last night was spent watching the episodes of Dexter and without a trace that I had recorded. We have Heroes to watch tonigh and I have tons of CSI, however I wouldn't care if that was just deleted, it's recorded more so i have something to watch when the TV is poo.
In other news I have decided I need to start doing that exercise stuff, yesterday I did all the work in the garder and I also managed 25 sit-ups, unfortunately these were not all done at the same time i had 2 blocks of 10 sit-ups and then 5 later. I plan to do some each night so I may try and keep a diary of it here.
