Randomly I thought wow I havn't been on LJ for a long time and thought I would update people on myself..
No I'm not dead...
I am currently working for both the River City Rascals and as of yesterday the River City Rage.
I left the St. Louis Bandits over payment issues. I was told that I would be paid this season and that did not happen.. So after back to back seasons and 2 Championships I left them.
I'm sorry but I'm past the stage in my career where I have to work for free when I KNOW the team has the money to pay. Brett Hull and Kelly Chase = Cheap Folks...
After working at Mascot night at UMSL I was offered the job of Ragey for the Rage by a good friend of mine who is now the Assistant GM. I will be paid double what I am making with the Rascals per game so I jumped on that one. Money is always good.
Been talking with Tim aka Fredbird lately as well as the Blues new hire Spencer who is doing Louie. Found out he came right out of college from Columbus Ohio to get the job.
He told me he is not planning on returning next season which is kinda odd to me but whatever the job will be open again. So I'm going to try and get in on that.
For those of you who play Second Life I was just recently apponted the Exective Producer and Color Commentator for the SLHA Hockey Broadcast. So I am also doing that on top of all of this other stuff.
I also during the off season work random jobs and right now I'm working out at Steak n Shake in Chesterfield. Not a bad job much to my suprise keeps ya busy thats for sure!
Having phone disputes with AT&T again I decided not to do another 2 year thing with them and just let it run out and go month to month or switch to Cricket or something else.
Phone is off for the moment while my claim is being reviewed.
