So I've joined this RP on livejournal (a first for me) and it's going to start soon, but we still have some spaces open. If you like roleplaying and you like creepy stories and settings, you should take a look! There might also be some Slender Man stuff... or so I've been told. >_>
Now here's the actual ad:
Yesterday started like any other day. You woke up, showered, maybe grabbed a bowl of cereal or a Pop-tart. Maybe your significant other or your parents or roommates made you breakfast. Either way, it was just a normal day. You left your home to go to work or school, or maybe just run to the grocery store. You remember hearing on the radio or catching a glance of a newspaper talking about how the leaders of the world were convening together to talk about nuclear sanctions in hostile countries. Whatever, it didn't concern you, and you continued on your merry way.
You never reached your destination. Or you don't think you did... The next thing you remember, you wake up somewhere you don't recognize. You're on a dusty bed in an old, rundown house, and not even your clothes are your own. There are others here too, people you don't know, and none of you know what's happened.
Besides waking up in an old, dilapidated house, you know something is wrong. Thick bars on the outside of the windows and a barred door with another locked door behind it keep you from leaving this house. There's no electricity, what you can see of the gardens are rampant and overgrown, and beyond the walls of the house is an unfamiliar misty forest. No matter how you got here, someone is determined for you to stay there and have even provided food for you for an undetermined amount of time. How did you get here? Why were you picked? Did the world end, or is something else at work here? Only you can find out at End of Game.
End of Game is an original horror RPG. We're looking for 6-8 players total to play out reactions and adaptations to this. It will be partly admin and partly player driven gameplay with surprises, some joyful and some horrifying, laying around each corner. Join today!
