today was good...i cried a little, laughed a lot..the good outweighed the bad...food for the day
breakfast: ultra diet pep/water (0 cals)
lunch: coffee with sweet n low (0 cals)
dinner: ultra diet pep/cigarettes (0cals)
midnight snack: diet pepsi (0 cals)
go me!...oh and i went to wal-mart today and finally got some PatentLean pills...i've been anxious to try them since it's a totally new ingredient in the diet pill..and it's the only one FDA approve..AND it claims to work 200% better than diet/exercise alone...i'll start taking them tomorrow...anyone ever take these before?
