Jonathan, you're in a park.

It was clear to Jonathan that this heist was going horribly, horribly wrong.

If it had been going right, after all, he would still be in possession of his mask and would not be running from the Batman, trying to lose him in this maze of a factory. Jonathan knew to pick his battles carefully, and this was one he couldn’t win. Scarecrow, reluctantly, agreed. They decide that escaping to fight another day is a better option than getting locked up in Arkham until an opportunity to escape presented itself.

That could take months, and Scarecrow was not that patient.

Jonathan pushes through a set of double doors, hoping it will buy him some time. But then time goes funny for a moment, he can’t quite figure out why, and now he’s standing outside in the early, gray hours of the morning in a park. Jonathan. You’re in a park. Jonathan sighs, confused enough without Scarecrow stating the obvious. “I’ve noticed,” He mumbles. He takes a moment to look around for some sort of explanation. There’s no sign of the factory he was in moments ago, but he does find a sign that informs him he’s standing on a pathway in Grant Park. If memory serves, Johnny, you’ve landed us in Chicago. Jonathan ignores Scarecrow’s comment, instead trying to figure out how, exactly, he ended up in Chicago.

When he can’t come up with an explanation in a reasonable few minutes Jonathan smoothes out his suit and straightens his glasses and tie, just in case he should run across anyone. Would anyone care to explain to the good Doctor how, exactly, he got there?
