Halfway through the dance party, the head leaders of the community are supposed to have a meeting. Trevor sets up the bombs there. The video links between the two places are set up along with the link to his room that's far, far away from here. It will show them how they have to choose. They have to choose while watching the people they blow up turn to flame. Us or them? Them or us? Someone has to choose. He's doing them a favor. He's giving them a choice and forcing those who survive to toughen up before it's too late.
