The video was posted to Youtube. It immediately got taken down for violating their Terms of Service, and the account was reported to the authorities. Most people thought it was a hoax. Some new movie or something. Others said it just felt too real. Either way, it went viral, even without Youtube's help. Then the news picked it up, and well... it

"Huh, so like... how's um, that working out for you?" she asks with an amused look. "You look a little bit on the skinny side, if you ask me," Says the stick-insect of a girl who honestly forgets to eat a great deal of the time. No, really. She actually does. It's a wonder how she's still alive, sometimes.
She giggles, "We're like, all around. And.. like... we can tell who you are, but, um, you can't tell who we are. You're bound to meet some more of us and stuff, especially um, after that video," she tells him. "We can hide these, y'know.." she indicates to her wings with a smile. That reminds her. She's probably ruined her dress now. Dammit.
Dylan pouts at him and folds her arm across her chest. She doesn't take him seriously, but she's always one for being over-dramatic. "I chose it!" she informs him. She rolls her eyes and grins mischeviously, "Well duh! I'm a girl you know!"

"No, I didn't know that at all," he says, a little more serious now, even though she's not. "If you can hide your wings and spot Wanderers, that changes the game entirely. Do you have to see one to know, or can you feel them even if you can't see them? And... you all can fly with those things, right?" That seems to be a bit more of a side note, but it's important when you spend a large part of your time on rooftops.
He tilts his head and adds a less dire question with a little smile. "So then what about the Bob made you take his name? You a big fan?" It's not his kind of scene at all, but he's got respect for the talent.

"We have to like, see a person to tell what they are. We can tell who's an angel, who's a supe, who's a Wanderer and who's just an ordinary human. Um... demons are much harder to pick out. There's just generally something strange about them - but we work it out eventually," She shakes her head furiously when asked if she can fly, "Don't believe everything you read in comic books y'know," she tells him. It would be pretty awesome to fly, almost a bonus, in fact. "With our wings out, we're more stronger and faster and stuff. That's um, about it,"
Dylan rubs the side of her face awkwardly and falls silent for a few moments. "I guess," she answers briefly with a small shrug of her shoulders. She looks down at her injured hand and begins to pick at the coagulated blood on her knuckles. "My Mom liked him," she says quietly, biting down on her lower lip for a few moments. "She's... um, she's..." she shakes her head.

Good, they have to see him. That gives him something he can use. It's nice to know the enemy doesn't have all the fucking advantages. And. What? "Wait, so you all have these wings and you can't even fly? Like penguins? What stupid twist of evolution is that?" What the hell. Even Loplop can fly, and that mad fucker doesn't even have proper wings. "No offense, Dylan, that's just kind of unfair isn't it?"
And now he's stumbled onto a sore subject, obviously. Fuck. Family's incredibly important, he knows that. But man can it be painful to bring up. They've got that in common. "Sorry. I didn't know." He says it quietly, and tries to come up with what people say in situations like this, things that make the other person feel a little better. "It's a really cool name though." And that's all he's got. Sometimes the right words just don't even exist.

"I've always been like this. I move around a lot and stuff. I guess... I, well... I forget to eat. When I'm hunting, I forget to take care of myself sometimes. It's no big deal, like, once I've killed whoever I'm hunting - I'm okay again," Like how she spent nearly twenty bucks on strawberries and sat in Grant Park all afternoon. That was fun!
She looks amused for a few moments, "It's not something I've really, like, thought about. Um, our wings just make us even stronger when they're out. But nope, no flying..." she turns her head and peers over her shoulder to look at them. "I think it would be pretty fun to fly, though!" she says with an smile.
Dylan swallows hard and remains still for a few moments. She misses her mother terribly. She'd do anything to see her again. "It's... um, okay.. I don't remember much, it happened nearly thirty years ago.." Dylan knows this is a lie. She remembers it all too well. Dates and times are lost on her - but she remembers the attack as clear as day. It's probably not a big lie to others, but it's a big one for her personally. Angels can't lie - she seems to forget this.
She flinches, a sudden wave of pain coursing through her head as if someone slammed her head into a wall. She utters a barely audible, "Ow, fuck.." and rubs at her temple with small frown. "Um... thank you, I know she'd like it. Or maybe she'd be annoyed for like, not using my real name.. I dunno, maybe it would be a bit of both?" If she could even remember what on earth that was. She's sure it's something that began with an E. But she'd not certain.

He really can't believe that Angels can't fly. This is something that's going to bother him for a while. It is hilariously absurd. It's good to know, though, that chances are in his favor that neither Angels nor Demons are going to be able to get the drop on him when he's up on some roof.
'Angels plus lying equals pain' is not an equation he's learned yet, so he gives her a concerned look. "You okay?"
