Harry Potter is in Grant Park. He helped with repairs at the Conrad this morning. It really wasn't all that surprising to land somewhere new and immediately have to face a violent, angry world. It's exhausting, but it's familiar, and he knows how to take a stand when it's necessary.
He has his wand out but hidden in the sleeve of the sweater that he's wearing. Harry is trying to slyly practice pulling objects over to the bench area without being noticed. Most people walk by without even looking over. All it takes is a quiet Accio Object Name, and it's simple. He wanted to be sure that his magic still works in this world. It does. It's a good sign. It's the first good sign in a long while.
Martha Jones is seeking out Hermione Granger in a careful, non-flail worthy manner. She is not going to fangirl over knowing that two of her favorite characters from Harry Potter are currently living in her hotel. Martha is older now. She is perfectly capable of acting like a calm, rational adult... but that doesn't stop the smile from pulling across her face. Feel free to talk to her even if you're not Hermione.
Elizabeth Jules is at the Gauche. She's concerned about her friend, Tabitha, because she hasn't heard from her at all since a worrying journal entry. Elizabeth knows how easily people die in this city. She probably knows it better than anyone else. She's walking around, trying to look nonchalant, but it's pretty obvious she's tense and jittery. Even though she's looking for Tabitha, she would mind talking to anyone else or meeting new people! It might help to have a distraction.
