It's the most wonderful time of the year [PARTAY THREAD]
((OOC: I don't think that's Chicago in that icon. XD But it's a city with a tree! This is slow timed for all eternity. Feel free to post into it at any time/make locked threads! Feel free to comment into it several times with the same character if your character has decorations, present finding, and snow ball fighting to do. :D It can happen anywhere in the city basically a big post for winter shenanigans

It's that time of year!
December has hit the city of Chicago.
Boy, nothing like the plagues to make time fly by! Aren't you glad you survived?
There are snowball fights happening in the courtyard of the Gauche and in Grant Park and really anywhere in the city! People are getting unexpectedly hit by balls of ice and snow! Most are displeased and start firing off curse words and bah humbugs (what Scrooges) but others join in the fun!
There are homes, apartments, and at least one hotel being decorated to celebrate the festive time of year! Who doesn't love a big of decorating? And even if you don't love it chances are there's someone in your life who will happily force enjoyment and decoration upon you
There are presents being bought in stores all around Chicago for loved ones and not so loved ones. Hey, enemies deserve a gift at Christmas as much as friends do! Don't forget about them even if the gift is a solid punch to the face!
Even the Rift seems to be joining in on the holiday cheer, it has spat out mistletoe (mistletoe that FLOATS) around the city so at any time two people may be standing under the best excuse ever to snog! Some of the mistletoe is actually set up to float over the first person it finds for a whole day!
In other words, there is a world of adorable happening for healing purposes and because these citizens always know how to pick themselves up and continue on with life as if life hasn't just knocked them back on their ass with a giant metal bat, but because this is Chicago, surely someone will find a way to make something horrible.
