Goodbye to you. Goodbye to everything that I knew.

At midnight, Chicago returns from Silent Hill.

At midnight, none of the firstborns, no matter where they are or how they're protected, come with it.

There are no bodies, no sign of them leaving. They're just gone, leaving those who remain to figure out what exactly happened.

Every firstborn in Chicago will be trapped in a dreamworld. Locals will relive a moment from their past, whether happy or terrible, over and over on a loop for the duration of the day. Wanderers will believe they have returned home- some will think that the Rift was all a dream and that they've woken up at last, others will see how their worlds changed without them there, some will revisit a moment from their past just like the locals. It all depends on the person.

The end result, however, will be the same. At midnight tomorrow, they will all return back and they'll still remember the dream like it was real.

The plagues are at their end at last, and this may be the most painful of them all.

[[OOC: JUST AS A NOTE. People with firstborns CAN POST bits of their characters dreamworld here in the comments if they'd like with the understanding that they won't be able to be tagged into, obviously.

Also, Tomorrow night, one last plague post will go up for aftermath/firstborn returning, so keep watch for it.]]
