Selina Kyle is wandering around Grant Park, looking incredibly confused. It's one thing for her to wake up in a different hotel room, but waking up in another city entirely is something else. (Little does she know this is all the Rift's doing - not just the displacement, but the fact that her alter-ego has been split into another personality, too.)
Avery Campbell is tending early at the Luna Bar and feeling particularly chipper. That may have something to do with the lack of a full moon. She's in the process of moving another shipment of Malbec into the wine cellar, and pauses to stop halfway through, wiping the back of her hand across her forehead.
Dani Reese is jogging early around the outskirts of the park and pauses at the fountain to check her pulse. It's a good morning for running - clear, bright, sunny. Definitely better therapy than alcohol, she decides.
Sam Winchester is having a late brunch at the diner. He's got a piece of toast in one hand and a book in the other - something he picked up at the used bookstore last week. He's also in a relatively good mood, so he won't mind making conversation.
Gabriel Gray has somehow stumbled across the music room in the Main Gauche and takes a seat in front of the piano. Wordlessly, he begins to play.
Teddy Rowe - well, there's a good chance you'll find her within a safe distance of Sirius, but since she likes to pretend that she still has some free will in the matter, she's found a stretch of grass in the park and is in the process of practicing some tai chi. It's good, you know, for the mental health and all.
And lastly, Fred Burkle is walking up and down the streets, wanted ads in hand. A few have been circled in red pen. Most of them are crossed off by this point. She's trying not to let her spirits sink, but so far, she hasn't had much luck.
