Reese is in the Conrad common room. There's a book resting open in her lap, but she hasn't turned a page in the last twenty minutes. She's deep in thought - mostly about this situation she seems to have gotten herself in with Crews, but also, also inconveniently, her thoughts are drifting to what her father might say if he knew about this entire thing. And she's no longer in a good mood, as a result. Great.
Avery is at the Coffee Shop, ordering a little pick-me-up before she heads over to the bar to open for the day. She doesn't know why she does this to herself, especially because this entire week is full moon, which makes her very cranky and gives her hangover-like symptoms early in the morning. Oh, well. Nothing an extra double shot can't fix. She'll just feel sorry for the poor sap who runs into her before she gets her first sip.
Sam is once again in the bookstore. This time, though, he doesn't have an excuse of research if someone like Dean happens to come in and catch him. But then again, Dean would never be caught dead in a place like this of his own free will, so Sam suspects he's safe for the time being. He wanders into the stacks and inhales the smell of used books, and there's a small comfort in that for now.
Fred is walking around the park - somewhat aimlessly, as she's not exactly looking for anyone in particular, but if she were to stumble across someone from home or from here that she knows, you wouldn't hear her complaining. As it is, it's starting to get close to lunchtime, and her stomach reminds her of that with a loud growl.
Teddy is stalking Sirius. Well, not really. But this whole issue of him being her ward has just started, of course, and she hasn't graduated from stalking to respectful distance yet. She can't see him from where she's standing - just outside the park - but she can sense him around somewhere. It's kind of like an itching on the back of her neck, and she tries not to let it bother her too much.
Last, but certainly not least, we run into Sylar - and yes, we promise this is Sylar - using a decent stretch of the open space on the park to practice. Practice what, you ask? Well, he's plucked up a twig from the ground - and using his ability, sent it flying with enough force to embed it into the trunk of a nearby tree. A small smirk twists his lips as he imagines doing the same thing to a human skull. Look, we didn't say he was in a bad mood, but you might want to steer clear today.
