Looking for a tragic change...
Up through the sub-basement of the Conrad hotel, out the back entrance, pushing past anyone around him, comes one well-dressed young man who just happens to have the lower body of a goat.
A week ago, it was his birthday. A week ago, he turned twenty-six. He spent it inside, like he always does, letting it pass unremarked-upon.
A few minutes ago, any hopes he might have been holding out for some fragment of Jack Harkness in a certain Time Agent were destroyed.
This is the plan: keep to the back ways until he's some distance away from the Conrad. And then, he's just going to have a nice walk. Outside.
And whatever happens will happen.
