Sirius Black is in a very good mood.
His best mate has come through the Rift, so he's once again finding himself in the role of soon-to-be best man. Granted, this means wearing a suit and finding a date, but it also means making a speech, and hey, any excuse to embarrass James in public is an opportunity to be seized firmly in both hands!
To that end, he's trotting down the streets as Padfoot, complete with collar and tag, looking for a store that seems suitable for tux-acquiring.
