There are two girls in the middle of the park outside the Conrad, in an open space, doing what appears to be some form of martial arts. Given how the younger one (who appears to be about 11, wearing very odd Asian-influenced clothes) keeps barking at the older one (who is dressed normally and appears to be 17 or 18), it's a lesson of sorts.
Perfectly normal, except for the fact that the younger one keeps moving the ground when she does the movements, and the older one keeps sending out what seem to be lightning of some sort. The air around them is very charged from all her movements.
