Drift through the ether

Riding on the bus is an exhilarating experience for William. In many ways. Things moving by so fast, so many people to look at. He has a thick stack of paper in his lap. His novel. The one that had been rejected by the publisher for many reasons. The handwritten part only being one of them. And he will get it suitable. He's not handling rejection well. Lately, it's like everything has been rejecting him.

He seems a bit lost when he gets off, trying to ground himself. He needs to find... He looks down at the top of the stack of papers he's holding, which has the address. It should be easy enough to navigate...

Francis is finally out of the hospital, so naturally his response is to meet Katja up to watch some hockey. And get completely smashed. It would only be perfect if he could kill someone to top off the night. He's gotten back to Shane, who is perfectly fine (which means Janine will be as well) and he parked her outside of the bar, going in, hoping the pain isn't showing on his face.

Because he's still in an incredibly amount of pain.

Ricky on the other hand has not been doing so well. He feels useless. He sits around and does nothing. He has no point. He has no purpose. And on top of all of that, everything is breaking around him. He hasn't left his room in two days.

The Doctor had reassured him that everything was fine back home. Which made everything even worse. He wants to go back home. He wants to go back to Jake. He wants his old life back. He just wants to go home.

There's no place for him here.
