[This is taking place shortly after school got out, before Francis antagonized half the known world again]
Nagi is waiting at the edge of the warehouse district closest to the school. Specifically, he's at a bus stop so that he won't get crap for standing at waiting where he probably shouldn't be. He really hopes that Francis was able to ID a few buildings that don't need to stay standing, even if he's a lot calmer from having a few conversations in the journal. It's been a while since Nagi really flexed his powers.
And if Nagi gets to break a building, he'll be much less likely to break his only semi-honest source of income.
