Stranded in this spooky town, stoplights are swaying and the phone lines are down.

Mac is in the Kashtta Tower, specifically she is poking around the Tower like a cat trying to settle into its new surroundings, despite the fact that she's been here for over a week... It's a big tower and she started at the very top and worked her way down... Not that there's much at the top of the building, as she's found, which begs the question of why the hell the building is so damn big in the first place. At the present moment, she's in the kitchen, rummaging through cupboards and possibly trying to concoct the world's weirdest sandwich out of things she finds in the back of the fridge. The fact that there is chili paste laid out beside a bag of Funyuns, a package of salami, and a jar of peanut butter should worry anyone.

Piper is in Chicago Proper! Specifically, she is in the park, because she got a ride from Tay's very nice cousin in his... Very weird car. She's been going a bit stir-crazy just lurking around the Gauche and Cicero and decided she needed to get into the city for a little while, even if the city, well, terrifies her a little bit- maybe getting out will give her some perspective on Tay and whatever she's going through right now. She wanted to go to the Pier, but apparently the pier is closed due to the doom, so... The park it is. She's curled up on a bench with a copy of Pygmalion in her lap, although given that she jumps at even the slightest of noises, it's pretty easy to see that she's easily distracted.

And then there were a bunch of people out on various streets.

Vincent is about a block away from the Conrad and limping. He put off hunting for about as long as he could and eventually had to go and take care of something out of town and, well, behemoths aren't exactly the easiest things to take on by yourself. Although, really, if you think the limp is bad, you should see the other guy.

Eli is taking a small walk away from the safety of the complex, because a walk might help him think, and the sky is overcast today, which is a good day for vampires to be out. He isn't going far, however, and nor does he intend to stay out long, both because his visions have been horrible lately and he'd rather not be out when he has another attack and it's simply not prudent as far as he's concerned to spend too much time away from the Prophet's side in this trying of times. There's nothing he can do about the CLF that won't exacerbate the problem, and, as much as that bothers him, focusing on his visions and what they mean is probably a much more important task and definitely one less likely to be problematic. They've never been... This cryptic before, after all. It worries him.

Bambi is lurking near the Kashtta Tower, although she's been meebling over going in and just talking to those people for awhile now. She figured telling Rusty that she was going to do something that would get her killed would be the end of it and she'd just walk right in, tell Torchwood what they want to know, and then the O would send Arlin or someone to put her lights out for good or whatever. And then a month passed and she managed to not get up the courage to actually do it. At the present moment, she's sitting on a bench across the street from the Tower wearing huge sunglasses despite the cloudy sky along with a scarf around her head- the very picture of icognito- and chain-smoking like its going out of style. It's not that hard to walk into a building, dammit.
