It's a Very Very Mad World
Victor Van Dort is in the garden of the Main Gauche, wandering around among the slowly-coming-out-of-winter-hibernation plants. It's not as chilly as it has been, so he decided to go for a bit of a walk. Even he can't stay cooped up in his room all day. And this is better and easier than risking leaving the Gauche, in his opinion. That CLF has got him spooked. He's open to conversation and suchlike.
Meanwhile, over at the Conrad Hotel, Doc Brown is in the training room. Not for meditation practice, however. The CLF has gotten him quite angry lately, what with their penchant for killing anyone unusual. Finally it dawned on him that the training room has punching bags. So he's in there now, beating the crap out of one and trying to relieve his feelings. You can talk to him, just don't expect him to be particularly pleasant at the moment.
