The Vesmier is in the Kashtta Tower. Specifically, he's in the room in the Kashtta Tower which he used for some time as a silent spot to ground himself for long-distance psychic contact: a small office just off the lobby, about a hall away from Silent Hall.
He's... fidgety.
Not on any normal axis of comparison, but on the axis of comparing Ves to Ves, he's definitely uncomfortable. His psychic datapad is out, scrolling furiously as it records specifics and technicalities, and his focus is clearly divided.
There's a good reason why he's not in the Conrad Hotel at this moment, helping to analyse news reports and the like. One indication of that good reason is a bruise, darkening into a gash, over his left cheekbone.
