Des is out on the streets, putting the finishing touches on some research for Project Nephilim Rescue, mostly because spending more time in the house with Cy the Naked Cat-Girl Wonder was bound to make him want to punch a wall and he most pointedly did not tell any of the other residents that there might be a naked girl making a mess of their living room. Let them be surprised.
At any rate, he's got business to take care of, demons in bars to interrogate (and hopefully not start barfights with, because that would just make Grace cry), and a variety of other things to do. He's not adverse to distraction, however, if only because Des is easily distracted.
In the park is Missy who is sprawled across a park bench, bundled up against the cold, and watching the people pass by with the interest of someone who is very bored and might be deeply wishing to raise a little Hell. She's actually thinking of going back to the Gauche where it's warm, but given the fact that the Gauche seems to have laws against fun, she feels this is the better plan.... At least until it gets too cold for her to stand it.
Eli is also in the park, just walking along the paths where the snow has been shoveled away and salted down. Walks are necessary for clarity and after his recent, particularly nasty vision regarding that bank explosion, he feels he needs to clear his head a bit, possibly see if there are a few more lost lambs that might benefit from the Prophet's wisdom (he does not intend to scare them, really- he has restraint, even if he is scarily devout sometimes... Or most of the time).
Elsewhere, in a bar, Bambi is drinking, although that might be too mild a word for it. As it stands, she's pretty much sloshed at this point and is leaning half off her stool with her forehead resting on the counter, occasionally bursting into hysterical giggles, because.... Banks. Exploding. That happens all the time, right? Especially in Chicago and especially when they house a very important branch of The Organization.
Bambi hates her life right now.
In the Kashtta, not so much hating his life as being relatively unhappy with it is Marshall, who is in the middle of tinkering with something in the CCTV room. It's not really clear what that thing he's messing with was or what it might possibly be later, but he got it out of Jack Bristow's bag of tricks that he abandoned with him when he first arrived, so that probably tells someone something about it. Apparently, Marshall is very keenly interested in things built by alternate universe versions of himself and it's good for relieving stress of which he kinda has a lot of right now what with, you know, aiding and abetting a Sark and... Having some knowledge of why a bank just exploded.
You know... Stuff like that.
