The Vesmier has a few visits to make.
The first is to see one Mr. Julian Sark, whom the Vesmier has not actually spoken with since his failed rescue attempt. The Vesmier doesn't know exact details of what happened, and it is a bit concerning that the attempt ended in Mr. Sark's incarceration, but he should see the man, anyway.
Then, on across the city to stop by the Prophet's building, because he's fairly sure the Doctor has done something someone should apologise for. It's a sixth sense he's developed over seven of his own Doctor's regenerations.
He'll be doing a bit of crisscrossing the city, so others might run into him as well...
