The Vesmier is in the lobby of the Conrad Hotel, waiting in line-of-sight of the elevator for Torchwood to come down and tell him what's going on. The Doctor's entry was less than encouraging, making reference to people the Vesmier hadn't heard of (except by vague recollection of
one public post on the journals, which offers him no useful information) and the mere fact that the Doctor, a man notorious for his refusal to plan for contingencies in advance, thought it necessary to write out what to appearances was a multifaceted system of controls and recourses is not encouraging in the least.
But nothing is going to be gained by rushing whatever occurs now, and even were that not the case, the Vesmier can't claim any tactical expertise with which to do so. Torchwood is coming to see him when they're ready for him. Until then, he's perfectly approachable.
