There's a flare of light in one of the rooms of the Kashtta. Sam's office, to be precise. No one outside the room would notice, unless they happen to be sensitive to certain types of energy.
Inside the room, Sam had been searching the journals. He starts to reach for his gun, but Hart has a gun trained on him before the teleport's even finished, so he leaves it lying on the desk. A few words are exchanged, a casual threat or two, and in under a minute, the same light flares up again, flickering out like a candle flame in a few seconds.
Tosh came running as soon as she felt the energy of the first teleport. By the time she reaches the room, though, it's empty.
