Gauche go BOOM.
There is calm at the Main Gauche. A nice calm day, with birds singing and so forth.
And then there is a rather loud booming noise, and rumbling, and smoke comes spilling out of one of the windows on the ground floor. There's a bit of fire, but nothing actually burning, just... smoldering, mostly. The room where the smoke is coming out of was, thankfully, unoccupied, because the floor has caved in, mostly, into whatever room was below it in the basement - most likely the source of the explosion.
A few minutes later, Dr. Horrible comes stumbling outside, his lab coat charred, his face covered in soot, and his hair singed. He has no eyebrows.
He didn't mean to blow the Gauche up, he swears!
