(OOC: Multi-pup post! :D I'm alive, I swear. <3 )
Rain has a very odd feeling in the pit of her stomach. She feels as though she's waiting for something bad to happen. It puts her on edge, if anything. She's curled up in the common room of the Conrad basement, a weathered book of some sort resting in her lap. She's been trying to read, but she can

His eyes open when Ivan passes. Near by. He wastes no time, following Ivan, getting readings from him.
Demon. Killing machine type of demon. They're easier to recruit than most kinds of demon who have agendas that are more specific and personal. The Organization loves demons. Romeo is relatively apathetic, but when he wrings in a powerful demon, he gets paid more. He likes getting paid more.

It makes him nervous. Makes his fingers twitch and his mind set into motion.
He stuffs hands into his pockets, one hand closing tightly around one of the switchblades in his pocket. Oh, he has several more hidden in the lining of his scarf, in his sweater, in his sleeves...
Needless to say, he is prepared.
Only after walking so far does he stop and glance back to the man (thing--- it didn't even feel remotely human).
"Can... can I help you, sir?" He pulls doe eyes, wide and innocent and a nervous, nearly youthful voice. He can play the game, that's for certain.

"I know what you are," he says, in that heavy Italian accent of his.
Beautiful way to start the recruiting process, Romeo. Sometimes he realizes it's better to get straight to the point than to play around with it for long. Some don't do the cat and mouse game that he likes to play. Some need to simply be asked.
"And more importantly, I know someone who would be very interested in hiring someone with talents such as yours."

Turning completely to face this fellow, he might appear to be anything but a danger to society. Oversized clothes for insecurity (or more holding places), an awkward stand, quiet voice...
"Wouldn't want me, oh no." He mumbles, giving a wide smirk, "Who knows what I might do? And there are people. People lookin' for me 'n' my sister, so..."
People who have had their loved ones perish at their hands. They don't feel one grain of remorse, either.

They being two of the current leaders of the Organization.
Romeo smiles.
"People are looking for me, too. Well, not people." Angels. "But I'm protected by my employers." Not that he needs it. "They could protect you, too. And your sister. If you were interested that is."

His fingers twitch again, so he lifts a hand and tugs his glasses off.
"But how... how can you know? What... w-what if it's you that's... that's lyin' t'me? Catch me... me off guard 'n'... have your way?"
He comes just a foot or two in front of the fellow, face still curious, innocent. But, if he watches close enough, his lips begin a small tug at the corners. Into a wide smirk.

Romeo doesn't move an inch when Ivan comes just a foot or two in front of him. He's already dead so it's not as if that can frighten him. Pain. Well, he'd rather avoid it, but enough people have tried to kill him that he's felt all sorts.
"Besides, you don't look like someone who could be caught off guard. Well, you do, but that's the whole game, isn't it?"

He's never been too fond of surprises.
His smirk twists wider and he places his glasses back against the bridge of his nose. The sign he's given up the idea of a fight-- well, starting one. "The whole beginning of the game. Then the fun follows."
He removes his hands from his pockets, but remains a little tense. "I'm Ivan Silivasi. Got lots of angels and demons after me. Wouldn't be one of 'em would you?" And the worst part is, he's smiling.

Either way.
"Don't laugh. The name's Romeo. Honestly. I wish I were making it up. I'm not an angel or a demon, so no. Not one of them. Not human either." He bounces up on his toes as if he enjoys people guessing. And he flashes his teeth, because the sharp angles barely visible should... help where that's concerned.

However, his expression straightens and fills with curiosity as Romeo begins to explain just what he is. The flash of fangs brings the smirk back.
Nodding his head, he crosses his arms over his chest, "I wouldn't have guessed." Ivan skims the park again, looking at the various people before giving a sigh and looking to Romeo.
"What do I do to join this thing of yours?"
Reply
"Most people don't."
He shrugs his shoulders.
"Just say you're interested. I'll fill out the necessary paperwork and be in touch with you once the Organization gets more settled into the area. Place to stay and everything. If you're lucky you'll never have to meet the bosses, but we do have a leader of assassins. Might want to meet him. He can get you jobs."

He shrugs his shoulders, "I don't know if my sister would be interested. She's good with illnesses 'n' stuff." Now his grin turns a little twisted. "She's better at that stuff'n me."
Stretching his arms over his head, he looks about the park again, only to catch the distinct smell of blood. Probably from the screaming child just over on the playground. A scraped knee, maybe? Either way, he rolls his head a little, trying not to think on it.
"Ngh, and how long does it take?"
Reply
"Good. Talk to your sister. Even if she's not interested we can give her a place to stay, too as long as you're working for us."
It goes without saying that people don't quit the Organization, unless they won't to be dead. Or Romeo assumes it goes without saying.
He smells the blood, too, closes his eyes, and shoves back the hunger. He won't drink the blood of a child. Kind of like how some people won't eat veal.
"Not long at all." Romeo pulls a card from his pocket and forks it over. "Give me a call if you get too impatient."

Ivan has an idea that this organization was pretty intense. It was almost exciting, really. Gives him a job to do what he needs to do. It was brilliant. Perhaps a little dangerous, but he always loved dangerous.
"I'm sure you can find me if you need to. Might be a little difficult. We're good at hiding."
He might even leave Romeo a trail of bodies.

He bows his head.
"Until we meet, again. Try not to have to much fun." And there's a smirk to let him know that he really doesn't give a damn either way before he turns and stalks off.
