Torchwood hasn't been out of the hotel long. Really, not long at all, but that's the handy thing about having a technical genius who can contact your former boss with her brain and doesn't mind ignoring the chain of command when she thinks the chain of command is being ridiculous.
Which is why Torchwood has trooped over to a tall gray office building on the corner of Wabash and Lake, several of them casting sideways glances at Tosh as they go. They're an odd procession, twelve people wandering down the streets of downtown Chicago carrying an assortment of baggage - but then, Torchwood is used to being odd. Just in a somewhat different way.
