Donna is... not pleased with the way things are going.
Well, that's not precisely true. She's not pleased with all of the recent happenings, Jack leaving, and so forth, it's true, but that's not what has her curled up in a chair in the common room, looking... pensive.
Truth is, while she just looks like she's thinking, she's actually concentrating very hard on being anchored in now, and looking at the various possibilities laid out before her. It's difficult - she's never really purposefully tried looking at times other than now before, but... she's too worried. She wants to know the worst that could happen, and she wants to know the best that could happen.
None of the possibilities seem very appealing, honestly. And this is problematic. Especially because she can tell that this is all in flux. None of this is set in stone. This is a turning point in the universe, and how it all plays out...
