"Becky!" He shouts, darting to the wheelchair and giving her a quick hug around the neck to avoid further injury to her ribs, before pulling back and examining her, his grin stretching about as far as hers. "I don't think I've ever seen you smile this much."
He'll get around to saying hi to you too, Annie... It's just... Becky.

Awww sarcasm can be cute.
"It's good to see you too, Becks. I've missed seeing you around." Smiling or no, his Becky is his Becky. She's his little sister-thing, dammit and he adores her.
He finally waves at Annie, because it's only polite and she'll probably eat him if he ignores her for too long or something. "Hi, Annie. Didn't go too crazy being stuck at the hospital, did you?"
