((OOC: Martha has a BUNCH to do and I didn't want to make a ton of posts for it even though she's going to be in different places for each thing. So If you want your character to interact with Martha within her journey just comment here with where they are at the moment and I'll have Martha approach them. She'll be in the hotel, at least the basement part of it and the lobby, at Regulus' clinic, the stores, and then returning to the researching clinic by evening.
I know for sure that she's going to bring PJs to Rose, pick up Regulus, go shopping... a lot (thanks Doctor ;p), and then be back to give the Doctor what she's managed to pick up. Of course we don't have to role play any of that out just hand wave it, but those three things will have happened.))
Martha starts the truck, scanning over the comments on her entry one last time and making a mental list of her time line. Pajamas first, pick up Regulus, to the hotel, shopping for every bloody electronic ever, and back to the clinic. Hopefully, not too long. It's not as if there isn't things she could be doing. Clinic patients who could use more attention. Tests to do still.
She throws the journal in the seat next to her and pulls the truck on to the road, tightening her grip on the wheel as she drives. The streets are entirely different than when she'd last seen them, like going into another world. In some sections the street is completely empty, in other, there are sick people. Sick, frightened people, who look as if they're going to start rioting.
Just focus on the road, Martha. Focus on what you've got to do.
Martha can't decide if these scenes on the street or the earthquake remind her more of the Year that Wasn't.
