Nuthin' to do but...
Jack is prowling.
He's got his folio on him, and his laptop, and his wrist device is set to alert him not only for journal posts but for news and public blogs tagged for twenty or twenty-five different keywords. At the moment, as there's not really much he can do, he's just looking for people.
People like Toshiko. Toshiko would be good. As would Ianto, and probably the Doctor. And if anyone wandered in and just happened to know ow to stop a potential plague, that'd be grand.
Not holding out hope on that last one, though.
