My god. My jaw is on the floor on reading this. In the first few lines, I was getting happy for you and now I am just stunned.
Hey whatever one's opinions on abortion maybe it doesn't apply here, because you are in pain and its not like you didn't want the child. Your body is clearly not in its best condition.
I read in the papers some months ago about an Indian dentist in Ireland(?) who was denied an abortion even though she had miscarried and after suffering through the pain for two days, she died from blood poisioning. And then it led to mass protests and furore. Which means so little at that point. I was shell shocked. I mean, really? You are going to put your religious viewpoints ahead of someone's life? My god.
Getting off base here. Take care of yourself, and look forward to the supervisor-free periods, that ought to elevate your mood even just a little bit.
Oh, yes, when we complain we are just complaining, when guys complain, they actually mean something. *points and snorts in derision*
My sister often complains working with stupid people and I don't blame her. My cousin, who now studies in Paris, and used to work in New Delhi before this used to complain about the same. You can't help it; often people who are *illiterate* and possessing no skills becoming a manager becomes one and hell ensues. I see that with some of my laidback college professors. Its just human nature.
And I am quite sure when I start working later this year, my journal will get filled up with more ranting entries than in the past 4 years.
I have little knowledge of this and hence I am asking, isn't it going to be detrimental to your health to let the miscarriage go on for so long? Even though the surgery is scheduled for two days later.
You mentioning the Irish dentist was exactly what came to my mind and what made me go looking for our local clinic--I figured there had to be *something* they could do. And luckily, they are doing it. :) I know it has taken a long time, but hopefully it'll all be over by Thursday afternoon and I'll be able to rest over Friday. I'm trying not to think about how bad things have been--just focusing on getting to Thursday.
As for work, yes, the journal is a good place to vent. I lock/make private some of my really heinous rants. XD I completely sympathise.

I just pray that you don't get into any complications due to the continuing miscarriage. Take care and God bless.
