Someone in my International Issues class said that I should get one of these, but I'm not quite sure I understand.. I've never even been the type to keep a diary, even when I was young, so I hope I do okay at this! How hard could it be to write about my day, right? Maybe Anna could make one too, then at least I'd be able to make some friends on here, couldn't I? Or maybe someone I know already has one, I should look around.
Well, it's been an okay week.. even if it is nearly over now.. I had assignments in almost all of my classes, it's really getting down to the end of the year. We'll be nearly finished up at the end of April. I don't know what I'm going to do once my courses are completed for the year, I don't know if Batya and Mamka have anything planned for the summer. They came to visit on Monday, we went for lunch, and I told them I'd like to travel somewhere good after the semester, but.. they didn't seem to very much like the idea.
I still think Batya sees me as his little girl, but I'm most definitely not!
He doesn't even realize that I went to France during my spring break, and I have no intention to tell him about it, of course. I'm just pointing out, even if he forbids me to travel, I'll always find a way. Digiports will always be open to me, even if I can't buy an airplane ticket!
I've learned so much this last year, being on my own, and even if it's not the most crucial information, I think that I've matured a lot. Even just since the end of school last year, I'm really different. I think it'd be perfectly okay for me to travel on my own; I've always wanted to go backpacking across Europe, or.. shopping on Rodeo Drive! Could you imagine?
I might even run into someone famousLos Angeles would be perfect for that, I think! I haven't even been reading enough online lately, since I've had so much school work. I wonder what everyone is getting up to in the fashion world?? I hear there is going to be a show in Moscow in just a couple of days, I wish I could go, but I don't know. I may ask Yuri if he'll come, but I think he'll be busy.
Oh, I've definitely talked way too much. And here I didn't think I'd be able to write anything at all! It's time to cut things short though, I should get back to my essay.
