Fear and Loathing in Abbotsford.
I never quite realized what the single mom goes though. Or people who have to use the welfare system. I now understand why people stay on welfare for a long time. It's a hard system and they don't exactly help you out. Makes things worse and they don't exactly set you up to succeed. I can't be appreciative of the government and what they do do to help you when they take even more away.
God I'm scared for the next few months.
On another note, Mason is getting tested for Wilm's Tumor. It's a type of kidney cancer that his biological Dad had. Because N didn't have the genetic markers when he was diagnosed, they don't know if he can pass it on to his children. The doctors have now decided its a good time to check Mason out. He has to undergo what seems like a long process. We have to do a urinalysis and then see a pediatrition who will then do some tests and send him off to a scanner. I don't know how long it will take but I'm extremely anxious to know that my son is cancer-free.
