It feels like it should be the end of the day: 4 or 5. My brain is hazy and I am not very productive, though I had an extremely productive morning. I was calm and methodical and now I just want to web surf, but even that has an accompanying tension, like "I should be doing something" but I have no attention span and can't focus on anything for more than a minute.

I check the clock and it's barely the end of lunch time here at work---the cafeteria is open until 1:30. I just barely got in there in time to grab a cup of hot water for my tea.

It is almost the end of my work day, since my hours changed and I'm working 6-2:30 now. And I don't feel bad for having trouble focusing now: I got in a good 6 hours of very attentive work.

Which is just one of the reasons why this schedule is better for me. As long as I don't fall into the dark and gloomy pit of sleep deprivation, again.
