Productivity upsides of Ramadan:
1- No need to take a lunch break! or snack breaks! total and complete resistance to food-related procrastination!
2- Fasting, when I'm not actually feeling *hungry*, feels a lot like taking ritalin. I have complete tunnel-vision focus on whatever I'm working on.
Productivity downside of Ramadan:
1- Fasting, when I'm not actually feeling *hungry*, feels a lot like taking ritalin. I have complete tunnel-vision focus on whatever I'm working on---which is often whatever happened to catch my attention two hours ago.
