Yawn..
Well there isn’t to much excitement going on here. Class started on Monday. I'm only taking one class until mid-June and then two from June to August. Right now I'm taking Sex Roles in Modern Society. Seems like its going to be very easy and interesting. Mostly reading, class discussions, a few assignments; nothing that makes it seem like a junior level class. Good for me I suppose. The only problem is there is no room for laziness. Too much reading to become lazy. Oh well, only 6 weeks.
I'm adding a day to my availability at work this week. Hopefully doing that will get me a few more hours each week. I'm really struggling right now, financially. Gas, tolls, and other expenses really give you an ass raping when you only get 8 1/2 hours a week for a whole pay period.
I got accepted to the Social Work program last week. Very excited about that. Now I can registar for classes for fall and at the end of summer register for spring. I'm thinking about pursing a certificate in substance abuse as well, since I would only need one more class.
I did talk a bit to my mom about what has been bothering me. I didn't say everything, but I did tell her I was very frustrated. I think she understands better now. I still will be babysitting, but I think it’s MUCH clearer that it’s only for a short time more.
Hmm... yeah nothing too big has been going one. It's been regular days, with not too much out of the ordinary. Hoping to see the Davinci Code this weekend. I still haven't completed the book, but oh well. I'll eventually finish it. lol
