here are my random thoughts of the day...
* can i take a super long vacation like the President and do absolutely nothing?
* i wonder if Bret Hart will return to the WWE
* on the same note, i wonder why Matt Hardy came back to the WWE to get pounded on by that asshole Edge. or why Shawn Michaels keeps losing in the pay per views. (i know...who cares, right? apparently i do. or i'm at least curious about it)
* i wonder if i can manage a long weekend off in October to visit my brother in NYC
* i'm super excited that the Indians are making a run of it....DON'T BLOW IT!
* the weather in Atlanta sucks my butt.
* gas prices are out of control. i feel blessed to be able to afford to drive, honestly. i keep thinking about how po' i was in college...and i swear i wouldn't have been able to afford to put gas in my car.
* speaking of gas...while at the gas station the other day, a scary guy in a nice red truck looked over at me and said, " Whadda we have heeeere? A liberal yankee?" (thanks to my Kerry sticker and Ohio State sticker.) ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? After i stopped laughing i just said, "sure am". and he said, "Guess voting for Kerry didn't get ya very far". And i said..."How ya like the price of that gas you're pumping? Guess voting for Bush didn't get ANYONE very far". I know, i should keep my mouth shut. But COME ON...could anyone not reply to that redneck jerk? sheesh
* i watched this documentary on 9/11 before bed the other night, and had nightmares about that hijacker Mohammed Atta...the scary looking one. I mean, have you ever looked at his picture? If I saw him in person, I think i would have ran away screaming. No more National Geographic Channel for me.
ok...that's as random as it gets. i need to finish my work stuff before i pass out.
