Two Fic Offerings
Hello all! I wrote these months ago but never posted them here because the subject matter is a bit unpopular. I know this comm is mostly pro-klaine (and so am I!) but part of loving klaine is admitting their shortcomings as a couple. With that in mind, here are two character study pieces for Blaine.
1. The One Where They Don't Get Back Together
Word Count: ~3K
Summary: Kurt and Blaine don’t get back together. And Blaine becomes a Real Boy. Set after 4x06 “Glease”
“In the end Blaine cheats, breaks Kurt’s heart and he remains alone. Although, in truth, he was alone sometime before the cheating, before breaking Kurt’s heart. This is how the story ends. Or maybe this is how the story starts.”

2. Halcyon Days
Word count: ~22k
Summary: Tina proposes a Sadie Hawkins dance and Blaine freaks out a little. He finds support in an unlikely source. Meanwhile he and Kurt try to navigate the boundaries of their re-established friendship. A re-imagining of ‘Sadie Hawkins’. Canon up to “Glee, Actually.”
Other notes and Warnings: I wrote most of this before Sadie Hawkins aired. There's Seblaine in this one. I tried to be as realistic as possible with this relationship and certainly didn't ignore the problematic aspects of it. While I enjoy exploring Sebastian's psyche, it's not my desire to excuse his actions. Also, ambiguous ending. I'm considering writing a sequel to this one for the Blaine Big Bang, hence I wanted to share it here.
