I find it incredibly frustrating when week after week I am pulled into departmental meetings where we are all chastised and scolded for things I am not doing.
I get yelled at for the short comings of my co workers.
There is no positive reinforcement, there is only ever group accusation. The responsible parties are never individually talked to, the group as a whole is put down.
How can I be yelled at for poor production when I do more than 100% of the departments production according to my last review?
How can I be yelled at for leaving merchants unable to process when I constantly am working through my lunch and late to make sure my merchants are never without processing?
How can I be yelled at for simple procedural processes that I know I always complete even as asinine as I find them?

I follow every one of their dumb rules. I don't read, I don't play, I just work and sit there. I work harder than almost any of the other trainers.
Yet still I get yelled at as though I was some useless monkey.

I know how much of a hurt it would put my department in if I were to leave, and my managers know it too.
