- three small or two medium cloves of garlic, sliced fine
- a 16-oz jar of fire-roasted red and yellow peppers, sliced
- some salt, if you're into that
- paprika. some? idk.
- heat
- a couple of glugs of good heavy cream
- more heat
- pasta.
