I've taken to only using this when i have to rant..here goes
fucking bastard fucking universities!!!!!!!!!!
I got my email forms to apply for my philosophy courses for this year MONTHS ago, while i was still in france..i filled them in, applied for philosophy of religion and sent them back
Went to see my DoS today and....
The bastards didn't get my forms, (wonders of modern fucking technology!!) and so the course is full and i can't do it. I stood and shouted at the secretary for ages about how a technological error should not prevent me doing the course i want when i sent off my forms as soon as i got them just like everyone else, but there's 'nothing she can do about it' not like its her bastard JOB or anything...so i'm doing theories of existence. Interesting, but NOT WHAT I WANTED TO DO!!!
this is why i hate computers (i know, the irony, electronic journal and all that...) and also why i hate secretaries. I now have no 4th year subjects that interest me and will probably fail. At least i'll be able to give you all discounts when i work in tescos which is all i'll probably end up doing with my waste of time degree....
