(no subject)
Yay!
Not only is it T-minus 20 days til we come home, but i had my last ever class at French uni today! All i have to do now is do two exams and get my forms signed to say that i spent the time here, and i won't have to set foot near that awful university again! I should actually have had a class tomorrow, but its a holiday so i get a four day weekend (a prospect that would be exciting if it wasn't for the location i'm spending it in!)
I am SO excited about almost having finished this year abroad even though this week has actually been quite nice (the weather's been hot, and we spent the weekend doing 'holiday' things like going to the citadel and out for meals and stuff, and we even went to one of the other erasmus students' parties, which was more fun than anticipated..) but coming home's going to be so much better than any fun thing i could do here could be..its going to be so great to have this over with, even if i am kind of proud that i managed to live abroad for a year..
I have just finished eating a GORGEOUS orange.. Guy's dad sent us them from his garden in Portugal..they are the nicest, sweetest oranges i have ever eaten, and they're nearly all gone! (If you're reading this, Bill, and you have any more spare oranges, could you maybe send us some more? I think i've become addicted to them!)
