NOODLETREE! *coughcough* A strange thing happened yesterday, sections three and four went on their Alay Kapwa exposure to Tahanang Walang Hagdanan, we went about a week earlier. ('It's a private non-government organization for the physically orthopedically handicapped'...I've typed that so many times I've memorized it.) Eh, they had to wear their uniform but Idonna completely forgot and came in dengue attire...that's a long-sleeved shirt, or a shirt and jacket, jeans and rubber shoes...so Idonna grabbed my hand after the morning announcements and changed clothes with me. So I was wearing her clothes the whole day... O_O ...It's a good thing our clothes fit each other. I returned her jacket and she nearly stole my Icebreakers. I still have a pack though, so it wouldn't have mattered much. Oh and last night there was an online conference with people from my section and Forest and Jolo from Ateneo. It was so weird, the conversation went like this... Interaction - Interaction Scandals - Forest's name (Gubat?) - Killing other people - Weapons - Pokemon (and yes, the theme song was sung...or typed rather -____-;) - blood and other misc. injuries - sharing - tapos. It was very very confusing but whatever, I enjoyed it.
Oh yeah, probably the most interesting thing that happened to me this week would be the Boy-Girl interaction with Ateneo. Everyone's on a high about it, whether they want another one or whether they loathe it (or they're merely sick of hearing about it, which I am...and yet I tend to talk about it anyway. The Interaction bug is contagious!) one thing is for certain, everyone is talking about it. Who likes who, who is texting who, and who is shamelessly throwing herself at someone's feet and flirting mercilessly, how unladylike. O________o (And no, I'm not naming names) We all walked out friends and with some walked out with desires to be, ahem, more-than-friends. The hallways are abuzz with interaction talk. And yes, I have pictures... (Yes I do Rosa, I think I neglected to reply to your comment) All the happenings and piccies are under the cut. :]
So about two hours before the event we were kinda rushing to decorate the penthouse. The poster was already up and the polka dots were still being put up. The performers were trying to cram in every last bit of practicing they could. It sortof gave me a headache but we let loose already after lunch. It was a flurry of headbands, dangling earrings (True enough), bright jewelry and and big shades. Me? Well I had the headband, earrings, big shades and the jewelry part. I word tons of beads and tons of rings (Mood ring kunwari.) and my black and white polka-dotted Vans. Everyone else was wearing school shoes, I felt so special. ^_^ Once we were sorta ready an impromptu sing along began. Our group began singing random things from Usher's 'My Boo' to Fergie's 'London Bridge'. They guys came at around 1:15 or something like that. Yeah...cue awkwardness. Unfortunately, it was a partner thing so you were obligated to entertain your partner to entertain your partner. I got a kid named (Kid ba etoh?) Juami, he was an interesting guy. Energetic, very much so. Yeah, after introductions, opening words and prayer were made (Yes, in Assumption, everything begins with a prayer.) then a game began. Inner-Outer circle thing, girls on the inside, guys on the outside, then bahala na kung sino maging kaharap mo once the circle begins moving. After that we played The Boat is sinking, another 'getting to know you' game. Then we played something similar to murderer in the dark and cops and robbers, both games had complicated rules which I won't bother to tell. Cops and Robbers was fun though, loser had to butt-spell the partner's school's name, poor Elton. He had to spell 'Assumption' It's way too long. Then there were performances from the guys of Ateneo and the girls of AA (Duh, alanangin naman kung girls of Ateneo at guys of AA diba?) The guys played some songs while the girls danced. After that...umm...we ate donuts. xD Picture taking and mingling ensued, after that it was token-giving time. We gave them burned CDs and they gave us dream-catcher necklaces. And then the guys signed the graffiti board and then goodbye time. and that is then end of our interaction. :] Unfortunately, we had to clean up... xP
Pictures!
