Geez!
Today started out good. I was at my mom's this weekend, we had this big family thing. Then it all turned to shit when I got home. The car died on me as I was turning onto my road. I looked and the gas gauge was empty--which it shouldn't have been. I finally get it cranked and keep it that way, finally pulling in at the house. I walk in....and the evil black cat my sister gave me has gotten into the house...gotten into the garbage...there's garbage EVERYWHERE and little pieces of chewed up styrofoam EVERYWHERE...not only that, but a big pile of garbage right in front of the heater, which is ON. I get that cleaned up, right about the time my aunt gets there with the gas can. So I head out, barely make it to the gas station. As I get out, I notice that gas is pouring out from underneath the car.
We call a tow truck.
Then we sit there and wait for an hour and a half. The tow truck does not show up. I call the place AGAIN and this time they tell me the truck has gone to respond to another call. >_< So I tell them forget the towtruck. I fill the tank with $5, barely make it the three miles to the mechanic before all the gas is gone. Now, instead of going to class tomorrow (which I REALLY needed to do), I'm having to take care of this shit tomorrow. So I'm just really pissed off right now. Having to make car repairs--there goes my spring break trip. *grrrr*
