(OOC, the dress is modest for Ran's taste, but looks very nice on her. It compliments her eye color and has some very tinny gold touches on the color and trim of the dress. I will never be able to hunt down a picture that would make me happy, so just imagine? ^^ )

I don't think he should have done it, but it's odd that they are willing to punish him when there are so many other bad things that happen in the City. I don't know, it just looks odd to me.

I think I'm... seventeen, maybe...? I-I don't understand it all... but people have told me to stay away from him before.... I guess they think I'm stupid and don't know about bad people.
